Shipping within India is FREE. We charge a flat Rs. 2500 for orders that are shipped internationally.
In most cases, we start making your clothing only after we receive your order. This usually takes about 5 days so your order will take about 7-10 days to reach you.
We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped.
We offer full refunds only if the product we sent you is the wrong product or defective in some way. We are truly sorry if that is the case. And we will do our best to make it up to you!

All fabrics are handloom so they need just a little bit of special love.
It would be best to hand wash all our clothing or if you are going to machine wash, please use the delicate cycle and wash only with like colours.
All our clothing uses AZO free or natural dyes which are sensitive to the harsh chemicals in commercial laundry detergents. There are special detergents available for these dyes but the easy solution is to just use hand soap.

Why is using handloom fabric better for me?
The making of handlooms is an ancient practice, using ancient natural materials like wood, metal and cotton fibre, and of course, pure human ingenuity. It goes to follow then that handloom fabrics are inherently pure and their simple purity, in turn, is what makes them good for you.
They are soft and breathable and free from synthetic additives, chemicals and dyes which might be harmful to your health. Moreover, the pure and simple production process does not add pollutants to our environment and food chain.
Why do you say you are eco-friendly and sustainable?
Hand woven fabrics, made on wooden looms, powered only by human strength are inherently eco-friendly and sustainable. We only work with weavers who use AZO free or natural dyes. Our Khadi collection is made of hand spun yarn. Our packaging is 100% bio-degradable and we continue to look for ways to reduce our environmental footprint in our day to day operations.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
In most cases, we stitch the clothing in your order after you have placed it. If you wish to change it, your best chances are if you message us within 24 hours of placing it. If we haven't started making your order, we would be happy to assist you with changes. Please note, you will not be able to edit the order on the website, you will need to connect with us to do so.
Can I Return My Items?
We offer full refunds only if the product we sent you is the wrong product or defective in some way. We are truly sorry if that is the case. And we will do our best to make it up to you!
If you want to return your order and be eligible for a refund, we ask that you :
- Contact us within 5 days to let us know that we shipped the wrong item or send us a photo of the defect.
- Keep the item in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Keep the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you want to return your order because the item doesn't quite fit you like you expected it to or you don't look quite as gorgeous as you thought you would or just because that's what you want to do - we can only offer you store credit and we ask that you pay for the return shipping.
Exchanges are basically a return and a new purchase. We suggest you wait until your return has reached us and you've heard from us before making the new purchase.
Unfortunately, we only offer returns or exchanges on International Orders if the product is defective or incorrect.

We offer a secure payment gateway that takes all major Credit and Debit Cards, Wallets, NetBanking and UPI.
What about International Orders and Shipping?
An order placed from India can be shipped to any major international destination. While domestic shipping is FREE, we charge Rs. 2500 for international shipping.
We are sorry but we cannot currently take orders from countries outside India.
