Our fabrics are meticulously sourced from weavers who only use the most authentic weaving techniques. Our current collections are sourced from West Bengal

Shipping within India is FREE. We charge a flat Rs. 2500 for orders that are shipped internationally.
In most cases, we start making your clothing only after we receive your order. This usually takes about 5 days so your order will take about 7-10 days to reach you.
We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped.
We offer full refunds only if the product we sent you is the wrong product or defective in some way. We are truly sorry if that is the case. And we will do our best to make it up to you!

All our fabrics are handwoven and handspun.
Muslin, Jamdani and khadi cotton can be machine washed with like colours.
Silk and Silk Cotton: It would be best to hand wash these fabrics.
In both cases, if you're going to machine wash, please use the delicate cycle and wash only with like colours.
You may want to use a milder detergent.

I went through the size chart. I am bit doubtful about sizes. Could I get the ready garment measurements instead?
You just need to look at your body measurements and pick your size. Each style fits differently but all of them would look great on you.
Should you have more questions, just drop us a message or an email. Our expert stylists will be able to give you the slightest detail about the fall and fit of the dress.
What does dual size mean?
Garments that have a more relaxed and comfortable fit can be worn by, for example, both an S & M or M & L. Our fabrics fall on your body gracefully. So you could pick the size as per your body measurements.
In case you have questions, our senior stylists are just a message away.
How do I choose the right size for your dual sized styles?
You should size down. If you normally wear a size S, opt for XS/S; if you wear size M, opt for S/M and so on. The idea is to wear a garment that is easy and relaxed.
I fall in-between sizes. Which size do I buy?
You may want to check the size chart as the first reference. This should help you determine the size you should opt for. As a general rule, for dresses and tops we recommend sticking to the smaller size. For bottoms, it's best to mention your body measurements. When in doubt, call/ instant message us. We will solve your issue.
The model is 5.8â, Iâm not. What do you recommend?
Most of our products are made keeping in mind an average height of 5.4â.

Do you customize sizes/ styles?
Yes, we do take up custom orders at a special price depending on the work involved.
In some cases, customers ask us write their initials.

Can you make a sleeveless garment with sleeves and vice versa?
Yes. At a minimal cost.

Can you line a garment?
Yes, we can line a garment for an additional cost. Do note that this service depends on the silhouette, fabric and colour of the specific garment.
Just call/ instant message us with your questions/ wish-list. You will try our best to make it happen and make you happy.
Can I Return My Items?
We offer full refunds only if the product we sent you is the wrong product or defective in some way. We are truly sorry if that is the case. And we will do our best to make it up to you!
If you want to return your order and be eligible for a refund, we ask that you :
- Contact us within 5 days to let us know that we shipped the wrong item or send us a photo of the defect.
- Keep the item in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Keep the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you want to return your order because the item doesn't quite fit you like you expected it to or you don't look quite as gorgeous as you thought you would or just because that's what you want to do - we can only offer you store credit and we ask that you pay for the return shipping.Â
Exchanges are basically a return and a new purchase. We suggest you wait until your return has reached us and you've heard from us before making the new purchase.
Unfortunately, we only offer returns or exchanges on International Orders if the product is defective or incorrect.
What payment methods can I use?
We offer a secure payment gateway that takes all major Credit and Debit Cards, Wallets, NetBanking and UPI.
What about International Orders and Shipping?
An order placed from India can be shipped to any major international destination. While domestic shipping is FREE, we charge Rs. 2500 for international shipping.
Do you offer gift wrapping/ personal note services?
Many of our customers love gifting Label Rama to their loved ones.
Of course, we would be happy to gift wrap/ write a love letter on your behalf.

Can you replicate a personal garment with your fabrics?
You are asking for a designer piece.
You can call/ instant message us. Our stylist will be able to take it up on case to case basis.
Do you offer reverse pickups?
We do not offer reverse pick-ups. The cost of any return and exchange is to be borne by the customer.
While sending us your order, please make sure that the sender name and order name remain the same or mention your order number on the parcel.
